Innerlines doesn't offer any Cash Refunds.
If you want to get any product exchanged you can visit any of Innerlines Outlet or can claim for online exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly make sure to bring the Invoice to get your product exchanged.
Product will not be eligible for exchange if the Invoice is lost.
Good returns must be in good condition with all the tags attached.
No exchange of products used, damaged or altered.
Items purchased on discounts are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange claim not acceptable if care instructions are not followed properly.
To opt for an online exchange, you have to send back product to our warehouse address.

In case of "Change of Mind, wrong size selection or dislike" the cost of returning the items will be borne by the customer.
In case of defects, damage or missing, customer will borne the shipment charges for sending back the items. The shipment charges of exchange products will be on Innerlines.
Customised products are not eligible for exchange.
Complaint Registeration Policy:
Please notify us of any defects, damage missing, or incomplete orders within 24 Hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this time frame will not be catered.
