At Innerlines, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Cash Refunds

  • Innerlines does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for exchange only, either:
    • At any Innerlines Outlet, or
    • Through online exchange, requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The original invoice is mandatory for all exchanges.
    • Products will not be exchanged if the invoice is lost.
  • Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with:
    • All original tags intact
    • Proper care instructions followed
  • Products that are used, damaged, altered, or without tags are not eligible for exchange.
  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customized products cannot be exchanged.

Online Exchange Process

  • To request an online exchange, customers must send the product back to our warehouse at the address below:

Shipping Charges

  • For change of mind, wrong size selection, or product dislike:
    • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • For defective, damaged, or missing items:
    • Customers will bear the cost of sending the product back.
    • Innerlines will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

 

Complaint Registration Policy

  • Any defects, damages, missing items, or incomplete orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be entertained.
