Exchange & Return

At Innerlines, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and transparent. Please review our exchange policy before placing an order.

Exchange Eligibility

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Original invoice, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchange is subject to product inspection and stock availability.

Products that are used, washed, altered, damaged, stained, perfumed, or returned without tags will not be accepted for exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Innerlines does not offer cash refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, product dislike, or customer preference.

  • In case of a verified defect, wrong item, damaged product, or missing item, Innerlines may offer exchange, replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items, unless defective or incorrectly delivered.

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Products without invoice, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.

  • Products that do not meet the exchange conditions.

Online & Outlet Exchange

  • Eligible products may be exchanged at any Innerlines outlet.

  • Online exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • For online exchange, customers must send the product to:

  • Once received and approved after inspection, the exchange will be processed within 710 working days.

Shipping Charges

  • For size issues, change of mind, product dislike, or preference-based exchanges, return shipping will be borne by the customer.

  • For verified defective, damaged, wrong, or missing items, Innerlines will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged or replacement item.

Complaint Policy

  • Complaints for defective, damaged, wrong, missing, or incomplete items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Customers must share pictures or videos for defect, damage, wrong item, or missing item claims.
